Paige values the therapeutic relationship that is formed in the counselling room. Furthermore, Paige feels that all people deserve to feel heard, connected, seen, and understood. Paige draws on CBT, DBT, and IFS strategies. In therapy, Paige strives to provide a safe space that allows you to feel understood and gently challenged. Paige respects clients’ autonomy in their choices and honors clients' diverse backgrounds in their therapeutic work.
Paige’s office is a non-judgmental, welcoming, and calming environment where individuals of all cultures, ages, and identity are welcome. More specifically, Paige works with children between the ages of 5-12, teens between the ages of 13-18, as well as with adults. Paige has experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, specific phobias, panic attacks, grief, and early childhood trauma.
Paige began her work in human services as a care-worker by providing social, emotional, and academic support to a youth living with autism. Paige loves working with children because she wants to offer support to young individuals who may be experiencing struggles that feel bigger than themselves.
Outside of work, Paige enjoys reading, mountain biking, bouldering, gardening and spending time with friends and family. Paige is the proud mom of two cats.
